One and All Arden Hills expects School Board members to place high priority on the  following responsibilities:

• Commitment to bringing Mounds View's Equity Promise to fruition

• Fair and impartial access to educational opportunities for all students, regardless of ability, gender, race, culture, or orientation

• Safety for all students, teachers, and staff

• Physical and mental health of all students

• Early childhood programs that will prepare students for educational success

• Fiscal responsibility centered on the goal of optimal student achievement

• Transparency in making and implementing decisions

• Board collaboration with multiple constituencies, including administrators, teachers, students, parents, and the wider diverse school district community

• Truth-telling and using documented evidence in decision making
